The first time I made this soup, I couldn’t believe how delicious and savory it was. For the uninitiated, you could blend and avocado with BBQ sauce 🙂

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp Vegan Worcestershire (or soy sauce)
  • 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt (Smoked salt if you have it)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Pinch cayenne
  • Pinch paprika (Smoked paprika if you have it!)
  • Pinch chipotle power
  • Pinch Black pepper
  • (Optional) Swirl hot sauce (I use Cholula)
  • (Optional) Handful shredded carrots for noodles

Directions: Blend ingredients. Pour in a bowl and swirl hot sauce over the top and enjoy!

Options/tips: The key here is blending and testing the spice level and making sure it doesn’t get too hot. As mentioned in the note, you can easily blend an avocado with a splash of BBQ sauce to make this a one-minute meal. Surprisingly flavorful and satisfying.
