Low-cal, low sugar smoothie that tastes just like fall.
- 1 c frozen blueberries (or mix of blueberries and blackberries)
- 2-3 handfuls of spinach
- 2-3 shakes pumpkin spice
- 2-3 shakes cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla
- 1 C water
- (Optional) Handful of cashews
Directions: Blend and enjoy!
Options: Berries are very low in calories and sugar and are great for smoothie fasts. Omit the cashews if you are trying to go super low in calories, but they give the smoothie a creamy texture that is great with the cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. If you are not a fan of pumpkin pie, you can substitute more cinnamon.
