This smoothie reminds me of a nice warm muffin, very comforting and filling.
- 1 c blueberry (fresh or frozen)
- 1 leaf kale
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c walnut
- 3-4 shakes cinnamon
- 1 c water (or to desired consistency)
Directions: Blend and enjoy!
Options/tips: You can sub any nut here if you are not a fan of walnuts. Try pecans for an even more luscious treat. If you don’t like kale, add a second handful of spinach.
