- 1 Avocado
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pinch thyme (fresh or dried)
- Pinch chipotle or smoked paprika
- Pinch cayenne
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- 1 c water (or to desired consistency)
- (Optional) 1 Tbsp miso
Directions: Blend and enjoy!
Options: Miso adds a bit more savory and depth – you can always try it without and see if you think it needs a bit more pizzazz. Watch out about the level of spice, it can sneak up on you. You could up the smokiness by using smoked salt or a splash of vegan worcestershire.
