A tart, sweet smoothie to celebrate the fall.
- 1 c frozen cranberries and a few frozen dark, sweet cherries
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 4-5 basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- About 1 c water
Directions: Blend and enjoy!
Options/tips: The basil gives this smoothie a coolness to cut the tartness of the cranberries. You could substitute cashews and add more vanilla to mellow it out a bit more.
