Rich, smooth coffee combined with creamy cashew and mild spinach for this healthy, sugar-free spin on a frappe. What better way to start your day?
- 3/4 c coffee (pour over or French pressed works great)
- Handful of cashews
- 2 tbsps raw cacao power
- 3-4 medjool dates, pitted
- 2 c organic baby spinach
- (Optional) Few shakes cinnamon powder
Directions: Blend and enjoy!
Options/tips: If you don’t wish to brew the coffee separately, you can sub 1-2 tbsp very finely ground coffee (think baby powder fine) and water, or a few coffee beans if you have a high power blender. Add ice to make this a froze treat!
