You won’t believe that something this easy can be so good!
- 10-12 whole raw cashews
- 1.25 c warm or hot water
Directions: Blend at least 30 seconds until it becomes a bit frothy. If you have a espresso machine, you can froth it up more to make an amazing latte.
Tips: There is no need to strain the cashew creamer. The creamer should be a bit thicker than milk, but not grainy. If you prefer a less creamy result, reduce the number of cashews you use. The key here is really the high power blender, like a Vitamix. If you have a regular blender, soak the cashews in hot water at least 30 minutes to get a similar result.
