I’m Jill, long-time vegan and sometimes raw foodist. I didn’t grow up eating raw (or even fresh) foods and to this day I get intimidated by complicated recipes. Eating healthy is hard enough without having to face a kitchen full of dirty pots and pans, and procuring long lists of complicated ingredients that end up going to waste.
I stay healthy by focusing on very quick, low-effort, simple recipes that either use just a knife and a blender, or are tossed in the fridge to marinate in a container. Nothing fancy, just delicious recipes ready in about 5 minutes!
In the same vein, when I’m looking for a recipe the last thing I want to do is weed through a bunch of text and ads. For that reason, I present the recipes right at the front – just a few comments at end if you are interested.
